Script Writing

I literally can’t describe how much I’m struggling to get my script down in words. I know exactly what it should look like and how it goes but I have no idea how to put that down. I've missed out the opening altogether as I have no idea how to even try and write the journey the audience is supposed to be following, I've just jumped straight in with the introduction of the main character which probably doesn’t even happen till 30 seconds or more into the film. (This doesn’t even sound like a long time but there’s so much stuff to write about in-between). I also need to try and figure out how to write the voice over and where to put that.

How can I write so much about how I can’t find the words when open in another window is a complete writer’s block?

I want someone else to write it but I also want to write it myself. I'm so torn between what to do right now. I want to have it started but I also secretly don’t want to let people know that I have started it. I have no confidence in my abilities whatsoever. Any slight knock back and I’ll probably never open the file again. This is so difficult when I want to ask for help but I also don’t want to show I’m writing it.

Why is this so hard?
